Any estimate provided by Dublin Heavy Duty Towing Services is based on information available at the time of the request. Estimates are not binding until a written or verbal agreement is confirmed with a company representative.
Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if actual conditions differ from those described at the time of the estimate, including but not limited to: vehicle weight or dimensions, road or site conditions, required equipment, or additional labor needed to complete the job safely.
We will communicate any pricing differences before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment windows. Delays due to traffic, weather, prior service calls, or other factors outside our control may occur.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (925) 468-2731 or hi@dublinheavydutytowing.com. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service.
For fleet accounts or recurring commercial customers, payment terms may be established separately. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to pursue collections for unpaid balances.

Dublin Heavy Duty Towing Services is not responsible for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Dublin Heavy Duty Towing Services carries liability insurance and takes reasonable care when handling customer vehicles. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, items left in the vehicle, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delay. Estimated arrival times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first at hi@dublinheavydutytowing.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any legal proceeding must be filed in the courts of Alameda County, California.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any disputes arising under these terms.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website. You may not use our website to transmit any unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the site.
